• I’d never ever recommend this plugin.

    Since the beginning, we have faced a number of issues, and as I found them very slow and unhelpful, I started to wonder if they would make even more serious issues, and here we are….. They stopped me from leaving the plugin 4 days after we installed, so I decided to try out, believing that they would solve the issues, however, they kept slow responses, saying the same things again and again. They tried their best to keep me as long as possible so that we would miss the expiration date. After 10 times follow-up (or more) for a month, they have solved none of those millions of issues. No reply, no support, no refund. They are the worst ever plugin we have ever used before. Don’t buy it if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

    Sorry to hear about your inconvenience.

    I can see you purchased our pro plugin and took refund within two days. You were still using our pro plugin after taking refund. I don’t think anyone delayed your first refund.

    Then you repurchased the pro plugin. We have 30 days of refund policy and if you fall within 30 days you shall be refunded again.

    I found altogether 53 emails and chat conversations you had with many of our support agents. Majority of those emails and chats were replied with appropriate solutions.

    Please be informed that if you have issues or conflicts from your active custom theme then you can try any of the popular free theme. For a list of compatible themes you can visit this documentation

    I have received another rubbish email to request me to delete this review.

    What’s an awful provider…. I am just speechless by the surprise. They are not professional at all. Not only they do terrible jobs and lie about everything but blame on customers. We now use Lifte LMS which is 10000times better this this one.

    I don’t have a time to write for this one, but if anyone has a question about details, I’d be happy to answer with details.

    and now,,, they no courses shown on our students’ pages, which has stopped them to study. This plugin is not only terrible for us, but also they never mind making issues with our precious customers. Awful.

    You purchased our plugin twice and were refunded twice. Let me know if you have any evidence of no refund.

    If you selected erase upon uninstallation option from Tutor settings > general then you are ought to lose your published courses.

    I recall you had incompatibility issues due to your custom theme. It’s difficult to guarantee 100% compatibility with every single custom theme out there which is why we have a list of compatible themes which were well tested before release.

    I recall you assumed everything was rendering from our plugin, you even assumed your theme’s breadcrumbs were rendering from our plugin but in reality our plugin doesn’t offer a breadcrumb feature. Anyhow congratulations and good luck with your choice.
