Extremely Poor Support

I purchased the Pro version. I asked 3 questions, and got broiler plate answer to 2, which didn’t really address the questions. They were primarily driven by changes made by Amazon which have not been reflected in Instructional videos; they seem to be recorded around 2 years ago.
The 3rd one was more of a bug/question. Support team closed it without a reply. I’m giving them the benefit of doubt since plugin seems to be promising, but with this kind of support it makes me apprehensive.
I will revise this review if Support team redeems themselves. If not, you’ve been warned.
