Extremely effective, plus a developer who really cares!

WP-SpamShield is not only an extremely effective plug-in, stopping spam in its tracks, which HoneyPot and CAPTCHAs couldn’t do, but Red Sand Marketing’s CEO, Scott Allen, was incredibly fast not only in responding to a problem I faced with the plug-in, but in developing a modified quick fix within hours! In our correspondence by e-mail, some responses were within minutes. Awesome!

I faced a problem where the plug-in blocked any attempts to comment or fill out a contact form when the connection was initiated from the ISP at my home location, but not if using another ISP at work or using LTE on my iPhone. Scott sent me a fix, in the form of a replacement PHP file, within hours, even before completing an official fix to take care of the technical problem caused by my ISP. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to have a developer care so much for users, especially when we are using a plug-in which they provide FREE! WOW! ??
