extremely difficult to use

All you have to do is activate it. That doesn’t seem very difficult to me.

I activated it. when i click lost password, it displays the same form. i need simple instructions how to fix it.

Found that the problem was with the theme that I’m using. I wish the support was “stupid friendly” (like me) and is not using jargon
