Extreme High CPU Usage + Pathetic Support

This issue persist since almost 1 year.
The plugin is using way too much CPU resources, which results in EXTREMELY slow backoffice and frontend.
- Do you plan to fix this or to keep ignoring all of us?
- Do you really think that “Your account manager will contact you” is a answer or a fix to our problem?
- How a Packlink account manager knows about CPU, PHP, servers and so on?
Can you please give me a real answer HERE instead of your robotic, typical answer?
The plugin may be free, but we all pay Packlink for its services, so we deserve a decent plugin.
