I previously commended their customer support. I was deceived! I need to renew my subscription and they are ignoring my request. Now I have to find a new theme for my website. Poor customer support! You have to subscribe for life so you could get update. I paid 5 months then I stopped. They are punishing me for stopping the subscription. Make sure you won’t stop paying $7.00 / monthly. Are you willing to pay $7.00 lifetime? Up to you.
