  • Your tech support is correct, it is a caching issue.. one your your settings is not set correctly. I am not sure exactly which setting it is but whenever I have experienced this issue it was a minify setting that was set incorrectly for the servers configuration.

    Hope this helps.

Please post a url to a page that shows the problem.

Hi, yesterday i was reached in the internet for a solution and i founded this article:

    https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/59309/page-output-in-strange-characters

Then, i go back to my admin page (of my site) and in the performace of the Total Cache Plugin (at Browuser cache) i uncheck this options:

    – General Tab – Enable HTTP (gzip) compression (unchecked)
    – CSS & JS – Enable HTTP (gzip) compression (unchecked)
    – HTML & XML – Enable HTTP (gzip) compression (unchecked)
    – Media & Other Files – Enable HTTP (gzip) compression (unchecked)

Of course this will increase the page size of my site:

You can see it here: https://www.panamericanafei.com.co

    thanks a lot

Glad you resolved the issue! Sorry we were unable to be of more assistance.
