    I hav troubles when I restore my Backup, if I select full restoring, my wordpress installation crashes and I have to reinstall from scratch.
    If I only select to restore files, I only get plugins. and then I need all my pages.
    When I try to extract my backup, the proces stops at 54%.

    Could you please, send the restore log files of the failed restores, so we can analyze the issue?

    In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    And if possible, please, send the backup archive file as well so we can understand why it isn’t possible to extract it. Once again you can send it via wetransfer.com to [email protected] and mention this thread link in your message.

    We checked the backup file and were able to extract it successfully.

    So, it’s not clear why the extraction got stuck on your end.
    To be able to understand why the restore failed, could you, please, send the restore log the same way as the backup file?
