extract the widget plugin code to fit in a page

im pretty new to this stuff , but im getting better with it. ??

Sometimes i find a widget that i would like to use in a template.
By default it isnt made to use in the template/page but im pretty sure that i can do that..

can anyone tell me what i have to cut off the code to get it ready?
So next time i can do it with the other plugins that i would like to use in the template/page in my wordpress..
