Extract in Featured Sections

  • Hi there!
    I’m using WP Simple theme – https://danceflowlift.com
    I’d love to change the text in the featured sections ‘About Natasha’ and ‘Personal Training’ so that it’s a description of the page as opposed to an extract. Alternatively, add ‘read more…’ to the current text underneath the images.
    Is this possible?
    I’ve changed the meta info in the page itself to the description I’d like, but it’s not changed on the homepage!

    Hi Natasha,

    You should be able to add an excerpt at the bottom of the page editor. This is what will display in the featured section. If you don’t see the excerpt option, scroll to the top and you should see an options tab. Open this up and select “excerpts” on. Now you can scroll down and enter in a summary for this section.
