    Hi,

we created forms with an optional text message.

When we extract records with csv file, many of these messages leaved are going on more than one cell or row and we need to manually normalize the file.

With many records it could be a bad work.

    Any advice to avoid it?

Here you have a screenshot from the csv raw file

    Thanks

Fill all data from frontend then export CSV and check it.

Hi, what you mean with “fill all data”? Users fill them from the frontend

    Fill optional fields also.

    Thanks

I try to fill data and:

    a) I enter in a record (from here)

    b) I find not editable records (see here)

Upload csv to Google sheets and check it (It is comma separated). Or Change delimeter setting from Excel.

Submit new data from frontend with filling optional field also. Then export CSV from dashboard.

No editable option in cfdb7. It needs “Edit cfdb7 plugin”
