Extra wording in ‘continue reading embed

At the bottom of the paragraph labeled The Bacton Altar Cloth, there is a link for continued reading. The phrase “Continue reading” is repeated twice. I’d like to get rid of one of these.
This link was created by simply using the create link button in the standard editor. When I inspect it, there are wordpress classes I know nothing about. Is there a place to read up on them?

Thank you for that wonderfully explicit diagram! But I do not see any of this when I use wordpress to edit the html. I do see it when I use the developer tools. Where do I edit it, within wordpress – or is that not possible. BTW, I don’t know if this is important, but this is a page not a post.
