Extra spacing appearing after apostrophe's (') when in heading format

The changes to heading tag is font-family in version 1.3.3 and I can’t reproduce your problem in my environment

It does seem like a font issue. Regardless of what browser I use (Chrome and IE tested) or computer I use, the appearance is the same. Highlighting the apostrophe shows that it and the space being displayed after it are actually one character. Sorry, I’m very new to all this and can’t find another way to ask an unrelated question.
I disabled the sidebar on my home page https://www.yourtassiemate.com.au and can’t enable it again. Would like it back but can’t find a way.
