Extra spaces on header when cluevo plugin is activated

thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention. Is the issue present on all pages or only on cluevo specific pages? Would it be possible for you to copy and paste the specific error message you are getting? That would make debugging/fixing this a lot easier and faster!

it has no error just empty spaces on all pages like this screenshot:

even a function called on json returns spaces instead of just the array the function should return.

Ok, that’s weird. What version of WordPress and the CLUEVO plugin are you running?

we are using wordpress version 4.9.10
and cluevo plugin 1.4.4
Unfortunately, Upgrading is not an option at this point since we do not have the capacity to test everything again if the upgrade affected anything on the site.

if upgrading is not an option it is very hard or nearly impossible for us to help you. There is one thing you could try: Is the extra space stil there if you deactivate all other plugins but CLUEVO? If not, please activate them one by one to see which plugin CLUEVO conflicts with.

Independently of your problem i would advise you to update your WordPress and all used plugins and themes regularly. Outdated software poses a security risk for your website.
