Thanks for reaching out! This behavior is typically caused by the styling of current theme you’re using. Can you try temporarily switching to a default theme, like?Storefront, and see if this resolves the issue?

To prevent testing on your live site, you can use the free?Health Check?plugin which will allow you to switch themes while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If that makes no difference, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.
