Extra space in custom header

Do you have a Child Theme or are you using a Custom CSS type plugin?

this is my first attempt at WordPress. I typically build custom sites but my client wanted a wordpress blog. I just started with the twenty ten template and am trying to customize it. If you go to https://baldwinwebdesign.com/knowthyself you will see what the nav menu is supposed to look like.

I have spent hours trying to get rid of this extra space…if anyone can help it would be greatly APPRECIATED!!

there should be no space in the header/nav menu area.

it should look like https://www.knowthyselfwellness.com/aboutus.html

Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme. First create a child theme for your changes.
