Extra Space in a Comment… between date/time and comment

There is a space between the date/time and the comment. The comment also looks out of alignment. Any ideas how I can reduce that space?
If I deactiveate the WP AJAX Edit Comments plugin it returns to normal… And I swear that it was working correctly at one point.
