Extra site name and pages doesn′t look right

Hi, my logo and navigation bar doesn′t show in real pages even if they show when I′m in administration site. Also page name shows on the top under the navigation bar. How can I get it out? Please help me! I′m working with mac 10.10.5 with chrome and my theme is minimalist portfolio.
