Extra profile information not showing up in list of field names

  • I have a set of fields that get imported into user record. The were showing up with [userlist] shortcode but not anymore. Any idea why they don’t show up?

    The fields are:

    Title
    Department
    Location
    Phone_Mobile
    Phone_Office

    These show up when I view a user profile page so the data is there.

    Nothing has changed in the way day is extracted, so suggest you look for other causes:

    • are you comparing the same records ? – ie: for the users in the screenshot does their data show up? Maybe that data is their but some users don’t have data
    • has the 3rd party plugin you use to create the extra fields updated recently? perhaps they changed the way the store data and you are now looking at empty fields?
