    Hello, I am not seeing the extra product options in the orders already placed on the website or in the confirmation emails.

    I was reading through the similar topics on here. I tried adding this to the admin new order email template: wc_get_order_item_meta( $item_id, $key, $single = true );
    but it didn’t work.

    Maybe something in the theme is stopping it? I’m using Twenty Sixteen theme.

    Hi there,
    Some extra product options have stopped appearing in confirmation emails, such as initials. Previously it has been a working fine but has stopped appearing now. Are you able to give me some guidance of how to correct this?

    Hi there,

    The issue is that we have extra product options like initials, sizes etc which can be selected on our products. The selected extra product options used to all be summarised in the confirmation email however some of these extra product options are now not being summarised in the confirmation email. They are still pulling through to the order details which we can export using Store Exporter however so we still can get the information but the client is not provided with it via the confirmation email.
