Hey guys, my issue is resolved. I deleted AdSense ads and it’s been fine since 5am when I first deleted it. My page views are now what it normally is and I don’t get the strange ‘undefined’ string any more. *knock on wood*

sleepingshouldbeeasy i dont think its the adsense, i have the same issue on one of my websites that they dont have adsense.

Maybe it’s the infolinks plugin? Do you have that on your websites? It’s the last plugin I still haven’t re-activated. Seven hours later and my stats are still working fine.

I am having the same issues. I have adsense and infolink. Just deactivated infolinks and so far its still showing 2 open pages to “Page Not Found” on google analytics. I’ll keep it deactivated to see if it helps.

I’d say wait at least another hour passes to see any noticeable difference. I still haven’t activated my Infolinks because I’m scared it’s actually the culprit. Keep us posted. So far, mine is still working fine, with AdSense and Infolinks deactivated.

I think it’s Infolinks as its been 5 minutes and it’s looking positive, no errors so far. I was getting them like every minute.

HHmmmm??? It seems that sleepingshouldbeeasy and “I Need Help Now” are right. Though it’s still too early conclude, I think 24 hours of observation may be fair enough for the infolinks people. So far, adsense is out of the picture right now, it’s not the issue.

Interesting, I use infolinks as well.

I deactivated Infolinks and haven’t seen any of the weird hits in over 30 minutes.

It appears that is the culprit. Hopefully, it doesn’t have to be permanently disabled. It has brought me in a decent chunk of revenue since I started using it. (Not as much as AdSense but still not bad.)

You are right jbaragona. However, I believe they can fix this, if ever it will turned out to be their script is the problem. But still we cannot 100% conclude yet.

me to, i think its infolinks

If it’s infolinks, it’s probably a temporary thing. We should contact support and fill them in.

I’m fairly confident it is Infolinks, but I agree with ictiempo that we should give it 24 hours before reaching that conclusion.

If it turns out this is 100% Infolinks, I feel we should all contact them to let them know there is something wonky with their script.

Well it doesn’t seem to be AdSense. I just re-instated it and so far so good. Glad this is getting some sort of resolution. Weird thing is, I didn’t even have Infolinks running on my site, but because I had the plugin activated, it still messed up my stats.

Good stuff. I noticed my infolinks plugin was set to use plugin jquery. I switched it to use site jquery. I’m wondering if that could fix it. I’ll let you know if I notice a change over the next couple hours. If not I’ll disable it like everyone else did.

    Thanks!
