    your site is not loading to see that issue. I will try loading later again. Are you using free or pro version? if you are using pro version there is a specific support period so contact via plugin website.

    There should not be padding at top as never happened before; did you make sure it’s not issue of your wp website template or custom plugin codes?. If I can see webpage link then i will be able to see from where padding coming.

    sorry for late in reply, you may email me for this kind of long technical problems. As i see your site template’s bootstrap css codes injecting that white space.
