Extra options

    Hello,

    If the variation products are out of stock then it will show extra selection but if it is a simple product and out of stock then it will not show extra selection. Why is that?

    I am using yith request a quote plugin, and I want to have a simple and a variation product with additional options available when the product is out of stock, so that a request can be sent.

    I hope you’re doing well. About your question, first there isn’t any integration between the free versions of our Product Add-ons and Request a Quote plugins, so you won’t be able to send the add-ons in the quote.

    About issue, you mentioned, please send us the link to the products so we can check them and see what is happening.

    Out of stock variatsion product display extra options, but simple products not display extra options if product is out of stock.

    Hello there,

    add-ons are attached to the add to cart form, so simply if the default WooCommerce add to cart form is showed the add-on will do it too.

    It does not depend by us, but by WooCommerce and your theme if applies customizations.
