Extra numbers (00) on %RATINGS_AVERAGE% after real rating

When I use %RATINGS_AVERAGE% on the frontend it shows a real average number and two other numbers after it (00). For Example: (my higher rating is 5) “2 votes, 500 stars out of 5″. How to fix it?
