Extra method isnt compatible.

It would be great if extra shipping method could be actually seen by other plugins like
https://www.woothemes.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/Otherwise its useless since missing method added by this plugin
cannot be used to hide payment options by restriction plugins.
Maybe there’s an option to show {extra flat rate} as woocommerce build in rates?
Or someone know payment and shipping restriction plugin that works well with this one?
I really need to fix it asap.
