Everything is looking good except on some of the orders, not all, are showing a line in the middle of Address 1 and City, State. On one it’s “Please Select” As in this:

    maddy smith
    36 Lower Main Rd.
    Please select…
    Goldsboro, NC 28732
    Email
    Phone

I would guess that I could do a custom template, but I am hoping to not spend my morning doing this. I just the address in the WP Admin>Users and it looks fine. I don’t know where it’s pulling this from. On another one it displays “None” instead of the Please select.

I imported this from Prestashop so I am guessing there is some issues with that import too. I figured I would ask if this has come up before? In the meantime I am going hunting for where this is coming from and will look in the database as well.

Any help would be appreciated. ~ Adam

    Hi Adam,
This actually sounds like an issue with the data in the order (from the import) rather than the PDF invoice plugin. You can easily test this by sending a test email via the order actions. Go into the order details in WooCommerce, then on the top right, choose “New Order” under “Resend Order Emails”, then press the round button to execute. You will receive the WooCommerce email which should have the same address formatting as the PDF. If this is correct but the PDF still shows the wrong address, please let me know and I’ll do some investigating.

If it is also wrong there, I recommend contacting the developers from the prestashop importer/exporter plugin.

Let me know if that helps!

Thanks for your response. I didn’t think my post actually went through. I gave up after it didn’t seem to submit. I found that the import from Prestashop had filled in the second line in the address and were editable very easily to correct. I was stumped but I just wanted to reply to you and say this was no issue of your plugin and fully the export/import. Thank you for your time to reply to me.
