extra image upload field(s)

Hello there,

Of course I can use the built in wp library uploader or the “link” feature of the editor, but then the image comes inside the content area, and mostly at the bottom.
What is very handy is to get some images outside that content, to send along with the form. Those images then could be used in meta boxes.
It will make your plugin even more usable!
