extra html character in the URL

Hey guys just joined WP and learning it.

I have an old blog post URL like this: https://www.myblog.com/blogpost.html.html

As you can see, there’s an extra .html in the URL – how do I redirect or modify the htaccess file to remove the extra html and redirect users to the https://www.myblog.com/blogpost.html
