Extra Header and Footer

    Hi,
    Email template plugin sends header + body + footer.

    So if some plugin needs to send an email, it must only send a body section (because the header and footer are provided by Email template plugin), but sometimes the plugins send header and footer too and it shows spaces on the top and bottom like happened to you.
