Extra "ghost" navbar

I am working on https://www.qualityfurniturerestoration.net/ using the zeeBusiness theme.

I have three questions:

— There is an extra navbar between the slide show and the business name that shows up when I highlight it with my mouse. How can I get rid of this entirely?

— How do I change the order of the navbar below the slide show? I’ve gone into Appearance > Menus but that only changes the invisible navbar that I’m trying to get rid of.

— I want to have a bulleted list on the right side, using the text widget. How can I do this?
