Hello team, We have a new website with 6500 products. We have a big issue with the google merchant center. Due to the shipping costs are calculated automatically from our supplier in the checkout based on weight or from this type: Weight= width(meters)x height(meters)x(depth) x250 For example, this product is 20 kg https://decosouls.com/product/armchair-dkd-home-decor-natural-turquoise-polyester-rubber-wood-83-x-80-x-81-cm/ based on the formula:0.83Χ0.80Χ0.81Χ250 = 134.46kg and the price of the shipping cost for this weight should be 113.11euros. But if don’t add the formula to our feed the shipping cost will be wrong and we have a big issue with google merchant. The dimensions of the product are available on each product as also the weight. We can pay you if you have support that can solve this issue, please

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately our plugin does not have a feature where you can use multiple attributes in a formula to make a calculation (such as the one you need) so I don’t think we can help with this.

So Im not able to create my custom fild and calculate the weight based on the type above?

You could but the shipping costs XML needs to contain more information than just the cost, it also needs a service name and country. It needs to look like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qdx9t854tez4qd0/Screenshot%202023-02-23%20at%2012.56.24.png?dl=0

Which includes the country and service name. This information is taken by our plugin directly from the WooCommerce shipping zones and methods which will be missing in your case.

Thank you so much for your reply.
Our main country is Germany and we have added Germany to our WooCommerce shipping zones as local pickup this way our supplier sends us to check out the shipping cost.
Could you please give us instructions on how to add this field to calculate a shipping total weight?

    Hi,

Apologies, maybe I did not explain well enough. Making the dynamic shipping costs calculations based on the width, height and depth is not possible with our plugin. It can only take the normal WooCommerce shipping zones and methods.
