There’s no way to add a captcha check unless you implement it yourself with custom code. I’ve avoided adding a captcha or any spam blocking functionality because I haven’t heard of much spam coming through the booking form. I believe the reason for this is the scheduling rules. Most spam bots don’t know how to use the date and time pickers to choose valid booking times.

The Custom Fields addon allows you to add a drop-down selection to your booking form.
