Extra field not showing up in Registration form

Hi,

I’m creating a new checkbox field but it doesn’t show in the registration field. Here’s a screenshot of my field configuratiom.

There’s some know issues with this?

An I think there’s soem issue saving the data.

If I select the checkbox and save after I can’t de select the checkbox. If i save it, when it reloads the profile it’s still selected.
