    Hi,
    thank you for great plugin. Is there an option to hook up Extra Fee Tax to another tax rate group than standard? We have standard tax rate 15 % for products but we need set up 21 % rate for COD fee. Now COD count with 15 % which is wrong…

    Thank you for any advices.
