Extra charges per gateway

    Hi there,

    My client uses the plugin “WooCommerce Extra Charges To Payment Gateway (Standard)” to put an extra fee on the native Woocommerce BACS gateway for administration costs. However, on your last update, all Mollie gateways get the extra fee added also.

    I tried using another plugin as a fallback option, “Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce”, but with this plugin we get the exact same effect.

    Note that the error doesn’t show on the site now for I rolled back the update using a backup.

    Looking into this now!

    This plugin, which we recommend, does work correctly:

    It seems the plugin uses some logic to only show fees for some Gateways. I’m not sure what the logic is. But according to the website it shouldn’t add fees to other gateways. I think the best next step is to actually ask the developer of that plugin.

    Hi Dave – thanks for waking me up ;).
    Didn’t have time for that one last two weeks so freezed the updates. I will get into this on monday and test your tips and the plugin. I’ll keep you posted.

    Hi Dave – just tested your solution and it works like a charm. Thank you so much. I updated everything but the other two plugins just gave the same error. I will stick to this one now because Mollie is the prefered payment route in the Netherlands.
