Extra Charges Not Showing!!!

The plug-in was working fine when I first downloaded it but now the fixed charge and percent charge that I have in place doesn’t show on the cart page or the checkout page of my woo commerce site anymore. How can I fix this??? Please update the plug-in immediately if need be. Thanks.
