Extra Charges Not Showing!!!

What version of Woocommerce and wordpress do you have?
Did you update anything in your installation? Theme or other plugins?

WordPress Version 4.4 and WooCommerce Version 2.4.12. After installing the plug-in I did not update anything. It worked and then just stopped working.

Have you tried reinstalling the plugin and adding again the charges?

Uninstalled and just re-installed. Charges are still not showing.

Have you figured out the issue? I need to have this fixed as soon as possible.

What theme are you using? I can not replicate your problem . Is your errorlog reporting anything?
Have you tried debuging your cart?
If you need quick fix you can try other plugins with the same functionality.

I am using Headway 3.8.5 for my theme. How do I view the error log and how do I debug my cart? I apologize. I am new to this and am unsure of how to do those two things.

I also do not see any other plug-ins with the same functionality.

There could be an errorlog file in you hosting folder.

Ok I will try to find it. And I am currently using WooCommerce Booster, however, any payment gateway fees that I add through that plug-in does not get shown to the customer in the cart or checkout. So ideally I would like to use your plug-in I just have no idea why the fees don’t show at all.

If you have installed both simultaneously probably that is the reason for not working.
Try unistalling booster or the pay for payment and check again.

I un-installed one of them and it still doesn’t work. Is there a way for me to talk to the developer of the plug-in?

It’s probably important for me to also note that i’m trying to get your plug-in to work with the stripe for woocommerce gateway and it’s not working.

So I was able to get the charges to show now but I have to add ([FIXED_AMOUNT] + [PERCENT_AMOUNT]% of [CART_TOTAL]) in the item title. However, I don’t want the calculation showing in the cart and checkout. I just want the charge itself showing. So how can we solve this?

Now i’m confused…I added that to the item title and it worked and then I deleted it and saved and it still works…so why wasn’t it working originally?
