Extra character added to my REST API Output

After updating to 3.6 I have these extra characters (BOM sign) in start of my REST API OUTPUT :
0xEF 0xBB 0xBF
This caused my mobile app client not accepting JSON.Maybe this is related : https://blog.somewhatabstract.com/2014/10/06/drop-the-bom-a-case-study-of-json-corruption-in-wordpress/
