    Hello all,

I tried to search the forum, but I cannot find something similar.
I’ll try to explain what I need.

    – I sell a set with 12 postcards in a box.
    – People can select their own quanties between 8 designs, with a maximum of 12 postcards total.
    – The price of a box with 12 cards will always be $9,- No matter if they choose 12 quantities of design 1. Or if they choose different quantities between the 8 designs I offer.

So I want to have 8 extra Number fields above the Add to cart button. This form should count the total quantity which should not be higher as a total of 12.
For instance if they choose lile:

    Card design 1: 4 pcs.
    Card design 3: 2 pcs.
    Card design 6: 4 pcs.
    Card design 7: 1 pc.
    Card design 8: 1 pc.

The form should not allow any more extra quantities as the total has reached the max of 12. Would be nice if the form notificates about it on the fly. Also when there is less than 12 is choosen.

These extra options should not calculate any extra costs.

It would be nice too if these extra fields also is linked to the stock that is available.

I have tried several plugins. None of them seems to fit my needs. There is one PPOM plugin wich comes close and which I bought. But the support is not there unfortunately.

I really hope there are some possibilities for this issue. We are starting to sell in about 3 weeks, but I underestimated this job well…

    Greets,
    Dave

    Hi @davevdoorn

It sounds like Product Bundles or Mix and Match Products plugins may be options that you will want to consider for this. Here’s a link from the WooCommerce.com site that explains those two options as well as a few others available for “bundling” products with WooCommerce:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/group-bundle-products-woocommerce/

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Amanda,

Thank you very much for your message. I have had a look at the page and it seems that the Mix & Match will do the trick! So grateful you pointed me on that one. I had no clue that such a function is called Mix & Match. Guess that was the main reason I could not find something I need.

    Again, thanks!

    Regards,
    Dave

    Hi @amandasjackson,

    I was to fast…
The plugin comes close. I bought it but i notice that you only can choose extra products To mix.
The case is, i have only 1 product. A set of cards. Those cards are not buyable products. They are only different designs. And buyers can choose how much they want of each design. Up to a max of 12 cards total. There are 8 different designs. The form should count/sum when they reached the max of 12 designs. The mix and match comes close but there you have to choose extra products ??
