    I only see 5 icons that I would expect to see.

    Me too, now. The problem seems have been rectified. I think it is anomaly that occurs right after setup, or changes made. It might be something on computer, although I did clear cache and tried a different browser. Thank you for replying. Sorry to create a bother.
