    Hi,

I know its possible to add add-ons/ eextras with plug-ins like Booster, etc.
But none of them can add an extra fee (amount) only once even when you change quantity on the product page.

So the you can only add the fee once no matter the quantity of the product.

Does anyone know that this is possible?

Eg. I want to order a product with a design that we would make but the customer just has to pay once for that design per product. (other product is the design fee again)

Can someone help me or guide me in the right direction?

    Thanks, Ayrton

  • You can check out Product Add-Ons, https://www.woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/

It has the options to have add-ons with quantities that can be selected with “Additional Price Multiplier”, see https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-add-ons/#section-4

    Hi, Thanks for the reply!

I bought the add-on plug-in but it still multiplies the add-on amount with the quantity amount from the product itself. Is there a solution for it?

Found this: “Can I have product add-ons applied once to the product, no matter the quantity ordered?

No, this is not currently possible. This feature is on our Ideas Board. If you’d like to see this added, vote it up – that way our developers know what solutions our customers need and can prioritize based on demand.”

    So it’s not possible yet.

I suppose you’re referring to an idea posted on https://ideas.woocommerce.com?
If the idea is still there, it most likely means that it hasn’t been implemented yet, so you might need to customize the code yourself, or find help for that.

However, for help with premium (paid) extensions, it’s best if you contact the place you bought it from. If it was from WooCommerce.com, you can open a ticket for it at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. They’ll know best what the plugin can or cannot do.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
