External_ID not loading on some pages

Do you have the problem when the cache plugin is OFF?

No it works, and the Purchase page events are ok may be because it is excluded by the plugin

Do you have any ways to exclude our JS files from the cache plugin?

Exclude it from which feature? I’m using Litespeed Cache

I am not familiar with their options, but I guess excluding our JS files from caches would be fine.

It’s also a good idea to enable our Ajax option on the plugin’s main page.

I never seen a similar problem, so I can only guess here.

I just tested and found a weird behavior on incognito mode, I disabled LiteSpeed cache on a website and found that External_ID does not load for the first visit, when I refresh the page it loads, and when I visit other pages after that it loads normally.

This means that any customer who visits the website for the first time, I don’t get his External_ID unless he visits another page, This behavior conflicts with LiteSpeed Cache as it caches the page on first visit.

This is still not the expected behaviour, the first interaction with a page should still have the external ID. I guess something postpones the creation of cookie used to store the id. Please send me a message here, I will ask for the system report file: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact
