External search

Is there a way to configure search to look for content in Zendesk? I have the Zendesk plugin installed and I’ve configured single sign on. I can search with the Zendesk plugin, but it’s a separate search. Is there any way that I can include Zendesk knowledge center content in my wordpress search?
