External pcs getting redirected to localhost

I recently setup a WAMP server and installed the lastest version of wordpress. The site works fine except when viewed locally, but when I try to access it by its URL or IP from any other PC, on my local network or over the internet, it redirects the browser to that PCs own https://localhost page. Any ideas?
