External object to Contact Form 7

  • Good morning!
    I’m looking for a way (if it exist) to select an option in an external object to the form, so it can make a modification in the same formulary.
    I mean, that the clients can choose between different articles and their choose reflect directly in the same form and, at the same time, in their e-mails.
    On the example page, if you click in “query” of any vehicle, that the form get back that information.

    I use a BeTheme theme, in WordPress 4.9.7 and the Contact Form 7 plugin

    Your question is a bit difficult to understand, but I think you are looking for a Dynamic Form.

    Basically: If a user clicks an image of a car, then the information about the car will be automatically populated into the corresponding form fields.

    If this sounds right, Contact Form 7 calls it ‘Getting Default Values from the Context‘. You can code this yourself or get a plugin. I recommend searching for articles or plugins using the terms ‘dynamic form’ or ‘pre-populate form.’ Alternatively, CF7 Skins has a list of articles already put together and a popular plugin suggestion available on their article ‘Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension‘.

    is exactly what I was looking for and I had not found it anywhere
    I still do not understand well how to implement it but now I know where to investigate
