External object cache not in use

Since the message is coming from the query monitor plugin, have you tried reaching them for support?
Are you using Redis as a caching method in W3 Total Cache?

hello thanks for your anwer no i didnt find rhe query monitor support i thought this is some cache problem so i have disable the object cache because i am in an shared server and maybe the object is bad for speed ? the Redis as a caching method is settings in page cache ?

As I can see now you are using Disk: Enhanced for Page cache and disk for Database cache.
Be that as it may, you should contact the query monitor support for assistance as the message is coming from their plugin.
