External Links Not Working

My external links are not working. When I click on a link a little black box with a circle in the middle pops up and nothing happens. Here’s a link to the site:https://bit.ly/pg3d8z . Click on any external link in the posts and you will see what I’m talking about. This happened to my blog a few days ago. I disabled this plugin: “Hotlink Protection” and the links started to work again. Its been three days since I disabled the plugin and now my links stopped working again.
Any Ideas on what I can do?
