I noticed that since the last woocommerce update, the external links are not showing correctly in chrome and in firefox at the product page. When you hover over the buy button, you do not know where it redirects now… There is no plugin installed and its just a simple theme…
How to fix it? Cause i have a big affiliate store. I made a subdomain to show you the problem
    example: https://devshop.irongenetics.com/produkt/test/

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It’s not a link anymore but rather a submit button – see screenshot here https://cld.wthms.co/VGoibD

there is nothing to fix as it is not broken

Yes woocommerce changed it. But for some affiliate programms it is important that the users knows where the link goes to. Is there any possibility to change it like it was in version 3.3.5 and priot?
And i can′t see the screenshot

And you can′t copy the link anymore.
Link does not open in a new tab too.
And the worst : You can′t track now the link in analytics since the latest update.
Woocommerce was so good for affiliates but since the last update it is so annoying because of the new buy button…

You would need to override the Add to Cart button specifically for external products:

    /woocommerce/templates/single-product/add-to-cart/external.php

If you’d like to see this changed, please contribute to this open issue here, it will help determine if it should be updated:
