External Links in Frames

It’s a very bad practice to do what you want, and I don’t think any decent plugin writer around here would write something like that.
On the other hand – if you want to escape from frames, there is a plugin for that, Frame Buster ??

I’m not neccessarily doing what the website linked above is doing. I can’t really explain but believe me, what I’m looking to do with a framed external links plug-in is useful to the und user.

So anyone know of a way to do this?
