External links as static pages

    Does the W3 total cache plugin touch external links? It seems all of the external links on my site are now being served as static pages from /uploads directory.

    This seems to have happened on the 9th April which was when I updated W3 Total Cache.

    Basically If I previously had a link on my site to https://XE.com it’s now been changed to https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploates/date/(some static resource)

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    No, W3 Total Cache does not touch external resources, and more specifically, it does not change any external links.
    So something else may be the cause of this. Or you hosted the files/scripts on your server.
